LSD changed my life immensely at the age of 18.
I was an angry at the world child, very reserved and shy with most people, I would hold my breathe while walking next to people because of anxiety ( i wasn't always like this, i was a pretty wild uninhibited little kid to before my mom passed at age 9).
Lysergic acid diethylamide which I don't do often brought to me the path of yoga, meditation and breathwork which have enhanced my life in a very positive manner and I hold much gratitude and respect for this medicine .
